FAQ'S

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

It begins with your vision - our goal is to help make your dream countertops a reality.

To give you an accurate quote, we will need approximate measurements of what you want done and we will guide you through the finer details.

The next step is to come and template your project.

Once we have all your materials on hand, then we can provide you with an estimate for your installation.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SOLID SURFACE, QUARTZ, DEKTON, GRANITE AND MARBLE?

Solid surface is an acrylic, truly nonporous surface. Bacteria cannot grow on it, so it is common in restaurants and hospitals and great for bathroom countertops which commonly see staining from toiletries. Transparent colors are also a great way to add extra flare as they can be backlit.

Quartz is a man-made product well sought out for its durability and simple, yet sleek aesthetic. There are literally thousands of colors and variations to choose from meaning there's something for everyone.

Dekton is an ultra-compact material made to withstand staining and high temperatures, and is one of the most resilient products on the market.

Granite and Marble come as they are found in nature with solid, patterned and veined colors. A great choice for anyone who appreciates the uniqueness of a veined Granite, or for the elegance of a soft Marble.

I ALREADY HAVE GREAT COUNTERTOPS IN MY HOME BUT THEY ARE DAMAGED. DO YOU DO REPAIRS?

Absolutely. We are not limited to perform work on only our own installations.

We do chip repairs, seam repairs, crack repairs, etch and stain removal for both Solid Surface and Stone. We can also do refinishing for Solid Surface that has been scratched or worn.

Be aware that not everything is repairable, or will necessarily look as it did before. The best thing to do is to send us a photo and a description of the problem.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY COUNTERTOPS?

Each type of material has their own little nuances. We will provide you with a rundown on how to keep your countertops protected.

Most brands will also have detailed instructions for care and maintenance of their products on their respective websites.
